Consistency does not mean that you have it all together (that's definitely what I thought) If I am honest, I am not consistent in some areas of my life, but I would like to be :) Do you feel the same way? If you nodded yes (lol) then no worries, you do not need to be perfect to be consistent. Whoever said that LIES!! but if you are struggling and would like some help here you go:
Tips for consistency
1. Point out your starting point-Where do you lack consistency the most?
2. Pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses- If you know your strengths, you can put them towards an area where you need help the most. Knowing you're weakness instead of being afraid of them will help you see what you need to work on. (Knowing why is half the battle)
3. Pace yourself - Don't try to do everything all at one time. That only makes you frustrated and eventually quit. Take each task 1 step at a time. Draw out a plan and follow (honor) each step. Don't get ahead of yourself!
4. Get a Partner- It's always helpful to have an accountability partner. Someone who is strong in the area you need help in will put you at the finish line.
